HTML big Tag

The <big> tag in HTML is used to increase the size of the enclosed text. It was part of the older versions of HTML, but it has been deprecated in HTML5. It is recommended to use CSS to control the size of text instead of relying on the <big> tag.

If you still want to apply a larger size to a particular text, you can achieve that using CSS. Here’s an example of how you can do it:

HTML<span role="button" tabindex="0" data-code="<p>This is regular text.</p> <p><span style="font-size: larger;">This is larger text.</span>

<p>This is regular text.</p>
<p><span style="font-size: larger;">This is larger text.</span></p>

In the example above, the <span> tag is used as an inline element to enclose the text that needs to be larger. The font-size property is set to larger, which increases the size of the text relative to the parent element.

It’s worth noting that using CSS provides more flexibility and control over the appearance of text compared to the deprecated <big> tag. By using CSS, you can define specific font sizes, apply different styles, and maintain consistency throughout your website.

Remember to include CSS styles either inline within the style attribute of the HTML elements or in an external CSS file that you link to your HTML document using the <link> tag.
